How long will my order take?

We aim to get all orders made and dispatched within 5 days. If you need your items faster than this please email us before placing your order and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline date.

Is the clock wall mountable?

Yes all the clocks are wall mountable but they also come with a detachable desk stand. So you can stand them up or hang them up the choice is yours.

How much is postage?

Postage for the first clock will be £2.50. Any additional clocks purchased at the same time will have a discounted postage rate of £1.00 each. This price covers the cost of postage via Royal Mail and also the cost of the packing materials used to ensure your clocks arrive in the best possible condition. There is no more postage added if you buy a gift box to go with your clock.

I am unable to find the clock I am looking for. Do you have any more designs?

If you would like a design which is not showing on the website then please email us stating what you would like the design to be and we will let you know if the clock is possible to make or not.

Can I use any photograph for my personalised clock?

No. Due to Copyright laws we can only reproduce photographs with the consent of the person who took the photograph (or who owns the copyright). Photographs are fine to use if they are snapshots taken by you or a friend, however if they were taken by a professional photographer we do need written permission from the photographer to reproduce them.

How can I send you my picture for my personalised clock?

E-mail it to info@thecdclockshop.co.uk, this should be in jpeg/png format and at a high quality or if this is not possible you can send us a print in the post, see contact us page for our address.
